Emma Symonds rejoined our team in 2016 team as Business Development Manager , after a few years away with her daughter. Emma first joined Care Wyvern when the company was known as Care watch , as a carer and soon showed a keen interest in the planning  so was promoted to Care Coordinator.

Emma will be exploring ways that Care Wyvern can work within the community and actively promote a positive view of the Care Wyvern service to the wider public by building positive relationships with clients and client friends and families.She  will also be heading up our selective recruitment process, ensuring we recruit the best staff possible to provide caring and compassionate support to our clients in a professional way. She is proactive in finding new solutions to reach our target market, including accessing social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. When Emma started she evaluated our technology and digital presence. She has redesigned and developed our website and google analytical. She works closely with SEO developers and website developers to ensure we have a modern approach towards the modern era.

Emma has her Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social care, Level 2 in Team leading, Level 2 in Equality and Diversity  but has recently (Nov 2017) achieved her Advanced level 3 in Business Administration and has just completed Level 5 in QCF leadership for Health & Social Care Diploma.

In her spare time, Emma is a cake designer with a passion for 3d vehicle cakes and more unusual cakes. She enjoys crochet and attends a weekly Crochet and wine group where she teaches her friends how to crochet.Emma attends the gym and yoga classes often, listens to various audio books and spending as much time as possible with her two children and husband. She can often be found outside washing and polishing her VW beetle, Bluebell on a clear bright day.
