Kayleigh Redgate is our Recruitment & Communications Co-ordinator.
Kayleigh recently joined us following a career in a similar industry, where she was responsible training staff and ensuring high standards of service were met and maintained. Kayleigh will be responsible for our end to end recruiting process, and will be supporting our new carers throughout their induction process. She will also manage our communications such as social media, blogging and website content.
Kayleigh is a Mental Health First Aider, holds a Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Administration, a Higher Distinction Level 3 in Leadership & Management and a Level 2 Certificate in Equality & Diversity.
Growing up in North Wales, Kayleigh moved to Taunton in 2007, eventually settling in Wellington. She spends her weekends with her husband and children, often exploring the seaside along the Jurassic coast where they spend their time body-boarding and hunting for fossils!
