Natasha Bowden – Key Worker
Tash has been with us since February 2014, coming to us from a career in retail. She felt she wanted to help people and make a difference so care seemed the perfect choice for her. She had no experience and no friends who worked in care but though community care would be better as she liked to travel around and sought the variety that domiciliary care offers.
Tash feels that not only does she enable her clients to live independently but they have helped her develop as a person in her own life. Gaining her promotion as Key Worker has boosted Tash’s confidence and abilities.
Tash is very dedicated to her job but when she isn’t working she like to watch soaps and horror movies.
Hi Im Abbie, I’m new to Care Wyvern ( September 2018). I’ve been working in Care for 8 years. I became interested in becoming a carer after looking after my Nan and my Dad when they became poorly. I went to college and completed my level 2 in Health and Social care and will be completing my level 3 in this role as Key Worker.
Outside of work I help my Nan when I can and spend time with my friends. I like to go on walks on the hills. I am looking forward to progressing at Care Wyvern and making a difference to my clients lives.
A big congratulations to Holly who has just joined Care Wyvern as an Apprentice Administrator. Holly recently decided that the 'traditional' college route wasn't for her and chose to look for an apprenticeship. Holly is pictured with Care Wyvern's Business Development Manager...
