Natasha Bowden – Key Worker
Tash has been with us since February 2014, coming to us from a career in retail. She felt she wanted to help people and make a difference so care seemed the perfect choice for her. She had no experience and no friends who worked in care but though community care would be better as she liked to travel around and sought the variety that domiciliary care offers.
Tash feels that not only does she enable her clients to live independently but they have helped her develop as a person in her own life. Gaining her promotion as Key Worker has boosted Tash’s confidence and abilities.
Tash is very dedicated to her job but when she isn’t working she like to watch soaps and horror movies.

Kath has a passion for domiciliary care as she feels it enables people to live independently in their own homes. She loves the fact that she has one of the few jobs where she goes home at the end of her shift knowing she had made a difference to someones life.
In kath’s free time , when she isn’t taking her boys to various football/rugby games, she enjoys reading and baking- over the years she has made one or two rather impressive birthday cakes.
The launch of Care Wyvern’s ‘Work 9 Pay 10’ incentive is well underway and gathering a lot of interest. The initiative was the brainchild of Managing Director, Ru Newman who wanted his employees to benefit from an improved work/life balance,...
