Dianne has recently been promoted to Care Manager
Dianne Palfrey joined Care Wyvern’s office team as Administrator in 2010 from another local care provider and developed into the role so well that she was promoted to the role of care coordinator.
Dianne came to Care Wyvern after supporting people with mental health, dealing with clients with challenging behaviour and specific needs. Dianne is able to put her skills as a negotiator and problem solver to good use, in her role as senior co-ordinator when speaking to clients, local care providers/seekers, and carers.
Dianne is also Care Wyvern’s First aid officer
Dianne has completed her:
Mental Capacity act (E-Learning)
And many in house training programmes
Dianne is an avid Concertgoer and spends much of her free time with her French Bulldogs Trevor and Reggie.
