Founder
Ru is the Managing Director of Care Wyvern after acquiring the business in early 2003 having decided he wanted to do something that made a positive difference to society. His determination to work in the care sector and to make a difference enables our staff to grow and develop.
Registered Care Manager
Dianne came to Care Wyvern in 2010 after supporting people with mental health, dealing with clients with challenging behaviour and specific needs. Dianne applies her skills as a negotiator and problem solver in her role when speaking to clients, carers and care providers.
Key Worker
Kath is one of our Key Workers that joined Care Wyvern in 2016 after moving back to Taunton. She has spent many years in care, a lot of those being night shifts whilst her children grew up. Kath is currently studying towards her Level 5 QCF in Leadership in Health & Social Care.
Care Supervisor
Naomi is one of our Care Supervisors at Care Wyvern, she has just returned from Maternity Leave following the arrival of her baby boy. She has a number of years of experience in the care sector with the Care Wyvern team and has recently completed her QCF Level 5 in Leadership in Health and Social Care.
Care Services Manager
Natasha started her career with Care Wyvern 9 years ago as a Social Care Worker, she then moved into a Keyworker role and then on to Field Care Supervisor. During this time Natasha has achieved her Health & Social Care Diploma Level 5. As Care Coordinator, Tash ensures our high standards are met.
Key Worker
Pam is one of our Key workers. Pam has been working in the care industry for 36 years, 4 of these with Care Wyvern. Pam thoroughly enjoys her job and takes our new carers under her wing for their first few months. In her spare time, Pam is kept busy with her family with 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
